"Fastball" began as a film written and directed by Chas Dente (original drummer for C.B.K.) and starring Gene Wildest. A film about a college pitcher who loses his shit after being framed and is kicked off the baseball team for selling drugs and then goes on a killing spree using his fastball to murder his victims.

The song "Fastball" is the theme for the film and can be found on the original motion picture soundtrack released by MGM.
